Yes. Disability/chronic illness + parenting means spoons (ie energy) that I used to be able to budget for myself now belongs to the kid, so I get delivery much more than I used to & it’s $$$.

  1. I’ve learned about cassoulet. I haven’t cooked anything for years but this might be the 2019 project. Unlike budgeting a couple days, I’ll try to get it done this year & mainly bc I know beans & think i can find duck confit. Or make the confit in 2019 & the cassoulet in 2020.
