@patrickrhone oh this is a devastating loss. I saw him in concert twice. My favorites was when he would sigh heavily and go, “Okay, I guess I’ll play that ‘Barely Breathing’ song.” His concept album for Whisper House is great.

@hollie What a useful scale! I spend most of my life at a 4 but have been at a 3 for the past week or so and I am not a fan. When I’m at a 4, I tend to forget 3 is a possibility, and then when I drop down to 3 I realize I don’t remember any coping mechanisms.
