“Wellness” day #1: Wrote ~1700 words for my dissertation, outlined the methods section for an article. Maybe time to get a breath of fresh air and do something fun. (Limiting anxiety attacks from undone work counts as a wellness, activity okay?)

Doing more lurking/replying than posting rn. I’ve blocked Twitter on my phone. It redirects me to Austin Kleon’s How to Read More post. I do enjoy book & Trek & ac/alt-ac talk tho so I will still visit on my laptop a bit & will link to my long blog posts.

I added >1000 words to the theory chapter of my dissertation today. I’ve still a ways to go, but it’s nice to see such progress.
